Daniel, Dani, Dana

We chatted for a few more minutes and picked out several things once we decided what fit and what I could handle wearing out in public. She was a really sweet person that knew clothes and gave me great advice. Before lunch I had a whole new wardrobe for spring and summer too. When I looked at the pile of stuff I had looked at Monica and told her we were going to have to decide what to put back because I knew the $300 card wasn't going to cover all of it and I didn't have very much extra for something like this. She informed me that my discount would cut it in half and wanted to see how much it all would add up too. Monica came back over to where I was standing and asked me if I had fifteen bucks with a big grin on her face. I handed her a twenty and agreed that I had stolen the farm with all the stuff I had bagged.

She brought me back my change from the twenty and said, "So what are we going to do about getting your hair up to date Dani? You have plenty enough there to work with and I have a friend that works in the mall salon. If you are going to wear the clothes I picked out I would love to see you liven up your wig a little."

"Having never been in a salon before I would need your help there too Monica. I had no idea today was going to be so much fun" I added.

Monica looked down through the stuff I bought and handed me a pair of fuchsia Capri drawstring pants and a long white tee shirt top. "Go into the dressing room and put this on Dani, you will look great in this outfit. She grabbed a pair of cute looking fuchsia two inch heels from a rack behind me. Here you go honey!" Monica instructed me. I glanced back and said "Honey?" with a funny look on my face.

"Get used to it, because when we are done that will be your name for good" She said grinning really big. So I went into the dressing room to change and loved the look of what she picked out. Monica came into the dressing room to tell me we were to meet her friend at the salon, but it was going to be after three before she could see us. She suggested we grab something to eat at a drive thru before we go do some more shopping.
